Biography
As a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience, I know the difficulties that we face in our lives, especially in 2020 with the combination of different global and societal events that challenge our ability to cope. Our present and past circumstances often lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts and more. I work with individuals to develop ways to both manage these symptoms and to grow in self-understanding which helps change the patterns that may have served us in the past but have become maladaptive.
